Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support its Learning and Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop structured learning experiences
• Maintain and create training materials using eLearning tools
• Assist with training delivery, including scheduling and facilitating sessions
• Manage user accounts and reporting in the Learning Management System
• Partner with HR to ensure employee compliance training is completed on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
• At least one year of related experience is required
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning authoring tools is preferred
• Experience in designing instructional content is preferred
