Learning Optimization Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Learning Optimisation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with business units to align priorities with business strategy
• Review and assess the effectiveness of current learning and development programs and delivery models
• Engage with L&D professionals to identify strengths and opportunities for collaboration and alignment

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in global Change or Program management, preferably in Learning & Development or HR leadership roles
• Strong track record in assessing and redesigning operating models in complex organizations
• Experience with enterprise technologies and platforms, including LMS and analytics tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering sustainable change and user adoption
