Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with business units to align priorities with business strategy
- Review and assess the effectiveness of current learning and development programs and delivery models
- Engage with L&D professionals to identify strengths and opportunities for collaboration and alignment
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in global Change or Program management, preferably in Learning & Development or HR leadership roles
- Strong track record in assessing and redesigning operating models in complex organizations
- Experience with enterprise technologies and platforms, including LMS and analytics tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering sustainable change and user adoption
