Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses and consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs for various employee groups
• Oversee and optimize the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective learning delivery

Required Qualifications

• CIPD in Learning & Development or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in a Learning & Development or Talent role
• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate learning solutions across various modalities
• Experience in administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
