Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses and consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs for various employee groups
- Oversee and optimize the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective learning delivery
Required Qualifications
- CIPD in Learning & Development or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a Learning & Development or Talent role
- Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate learning solutions across various modalities
- Experience in administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
