Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Systems and Engagement Specialist responsible for managing the Learning Management System and enhancing learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage user roles and permissions
- Design and implement strategies to increase learner participation and satisfaction with learning tools
- Support instructional designers and trainers in course deployment and assist with organizational projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze learner data and generate actionable insights
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities
- Effective documentation and process improvement capabilities
