Learning Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Systems and Engagement Specialist responsible for managing the Learning Management System and enhancing learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage user roles and permissions
• Design and implement strategies to increase learner participation and satisfaction with learning tools
• Support instructional designers and trainers in course deployment and assist with organizational projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems is a plus
• Ability to analyze learner data and generate actionable insights
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities
• Effective documentation and process improvement capabilities
