Licensed Autism Care Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Autism Care Advocate, remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Review diagnostic evaluations to ensure valid diagnoses for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) requests
• Obtain clinical information from providers and determine medical necessity for additional ABA treatment sessions
• Provide education and resources to parents and caregivers regarding ABA treatment and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure or certification in mental health (e.g., Social Worker, Counselor, Therapist, Psychologist) or as a Licensed Behavior Analyst
• 2+ years of post-independent licensure/certification experience in a related mental health environment
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment, including MS Word and Outlook
• Access to secure, high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home
