Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Advocate for remote work in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members telephonically to assess needs and provide resources
• Complete behavioral health assessments and guide members to treatment options
• Develop health goals with members and connect them to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work
• Fully Independent licensed practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• 3+ years of clinical experience, including psychoeducation
• Experience with motivational interviewing
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work 8AM-5PM Pacific Time
