Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 3 years of relevant case management or clinical experience
• Current licensure or certification in a health or human services discipline
• Ability to conduct assessments independently within the scope of practice
• Experience in clinical care, including direct patient interaction
