Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Agent Licensed Trainee to assist pet owners with pet insurance needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound warm leads from pet parents interested in pet insurance policies
• Educate customers on policy details, coverage options, and benefits, guiding them through enrollment
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in the home state
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain non-resident licensure in all 50 U.S. states
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple systems for customer interactions
