Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, AI Product & Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for AI-related initiatives, including contract drafting and regulatory compliance
• Assess risks associated with AI technology integrations in vendor agreements
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate legal considerations into AI development and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5+ years of transactional experience in technology and privacy issues
• Significant experience with legal topics related to AI/ML, including software development and data rights
• Extensive knowledge of technology transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
