Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support global operations with a focus on commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to leadership and internal stakeholders on various legal issues related to sales and procurement
• Review, negotiate, and draft agreements to ensure compliance with laws and protect business interests
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to meet legal and company standards

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor, or equivalent, from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum five years of experience in law, particularly in negotiating technology contracts
• Experience with SaaS agreements or similar software licensing agreements
• Knowledge of laws related to cybersecurity, information security, and privacy
