Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPO Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files to confirm all conditions are cleared and ready to close
• Prepare and verify closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a closing pipeline and manage funding for timely disbursement of loans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of recent residential closing experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry
• Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/Agency products
