Licensed Oncology Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Social Worker to provide social work services to patients and families remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about available community resources and access methods
• Support clinical staff with complex psychosocial issues and resource access
• Document patient and family status, treatment plans, and progress in medical records

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Master's degree clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or a Licensed Ph.D. / PsyD; or an RN
• Licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in the state of residence
• 2+ years of social work experience
• Experience working with Oncology patients
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace from home
