Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager - 3PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the properties within the assigned portfolio and assist with leasing processes
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
• Organize repairs and maintenance, ensuring tenant satisfaction and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Real Estate License
• 2+ years of Property Management Experience
• Experience managing 350-500 single-family residential properties
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to property management
• Experience with YARDI is preferred
