Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Psychotherapy Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical quality strategy and develop protocols for psychotherapy standards
• Build and scale Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve clinical outcomes
• Conduct chart reviews and provide feedback to clinicians, creating remediation plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) with 8+ years of post-graduate experience
• Extensive experience in quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations
• Experience supervising clinicians or large provider teams
• Strong performance management skills
• Passion for improving access to high-quality behavioral healthcare at scale
