Job Summary
A company is looking for a Navigator, Helpline.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual assistance to patients, survivors, and families to address barriers
- Deliver services via telephone and chat, utilizing the CSC Proactive Navigation model and psychosocial assessments
- Assess callers in crisis and connect them to appropriate resources and care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in social work
- At least two years of experience in oncology patient navigation or social work
- Social Work license in good standing from the state of residence
- Oncology social work certification preferred but not required
- Navigation certification preferred but not required
