A company is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across the U.S
- Educate workers on benefits and assist with navigating enrollment processes
- Maintain performance metrics and complete quality assurance tasks
Required Qualifications
- Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Must maintain necessary Life and Health licensing, including any state requirements
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or human resources is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of virtual technology are essential
- Commitment to working 20 hours per week in Q1-3 and near 40 hours in Q4
