Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across the U.S
• Educate workers on benefits and assist with navigating enrollment processes
• Maintain performance metrics and complete quality assurance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Must maintain necessary Life and Health licensing, including any state requirements
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or human resources is highly desirable
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of virtual technology are essential
• Commitment to working 20 hours per week in Q1-3 and near 40 hours in Q4
