Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Channel Manager to scale and optimize CRM marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across lifecycle channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful execution of CRM journeys
- Analyze consumer behavior and experiment performance to maximize campaign impact
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing execution
- Experience in a startup environment and/or marketing a B2C subscription product is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization, using data to drive decisions
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
