A company is looking for a Lifecycle Management Engineer I, responsible for remediation of customer environments through upgrades and vulnerability management.
Key Responsibilities
- Remediates end-of-life hardware and software vulnerabilities
- Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams while managing ticket queues
- Assists in developing documentation and recommends process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of ITIL concepts, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices
- Basic understanding of VMware ESXi host and vCenter operations/concepts
- Basic understanding of enterprise network and disaster recovery concepts
- Basic understanding of public cloud deployment and technologies
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
