Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Response Analyst to manage IT incidents and ensure effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee incident response and coordination, acting as the primary point of contact during major incidents
  • Facilitate incident resolution with technical teams and conduct post-incident reviews
  • Prepare incident reports and collaborate with Problem Management to address recurring issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in incident management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple incidents simultaneously
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools is preferred
