Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
- Structured, systems-oriented executor with a product-like approach to CRM
- Proven ability to drive business outcomes through cross-channel campaigns and data-informed decision making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with various teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus
