Literacy Assessment Teacher Co-Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teacher Co-Designer (Literacy Assessment Fluency & Comprehension).

Key Responsibilities

• Co-design assessment tasks and teacher/student workflows for fluency and comprehension
• Define fluency protocols and create scoring guides/rubrics
• Pilot with teachers/students, synthesize feedback, and iterate on designs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience teaching ELA/literacy at the middle school level or higher
• Experience administering fluency and comprehension assessments in the US
• Comfortable co-designing with a product team and conducting light usability testing
• Ability to write clear, teacher-friendly copy
• Experience calibrating rubrics with examples
