Literacy Curriculum Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Designer, Literacy/Primary Grades.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials, including lessons and resources
• Assist in the development of prototypes, guidelines, and project documentation
• Act as a point of contact between vendors and internal teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in literacy curriculum development focused on Grades K-2
• Subject matter expertise in foundational literacy skills and decodability of texts
• Teaching experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of content development practices and curriculum standards
