Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records for accuracy and compliance with contract requirements
• Assess and manage daily workload, adjusting schedules to meet departmental demands
• Maintain knowledge of review processes and serve as a resource for nurse reviewers

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from the state of residence
• 1+ years of experience in Utilization Management/Utilization Review
• Knowledge of medical records organization and terminology
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medical record abstracting skills
