Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build foundational models for biology capable of reading and writing biology at scale
• Develop deep generative models for biological applications and explore innovative architectures
• Engineer efficient data pipelines and develop robust evaluation frameworks for complex biological models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing deep generative learning models
• Proficient in Python and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
• Experience with deep learning architectures and scaling models to billions of parameters
• Skilled in designing and implementing efficient data pipelines for large datasets
