Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant specializing in Managed Care Contracting and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and build relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs
• Create and execute client-specific payor contracting strategies and conduct contract negotiations
• Coordinate with various departments and manage the contracting and credentialing process for clients

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in payor/provider contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of contract language, medical terminology, and payor reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and payors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant organizational systems
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
