Solution Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Development Specialist to support national and enterprise accounts in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and design solutions across the digital portfolio
• Identify customer challenges and provide recommendations for Iron Mountain services
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, RFPs, and exceed assigned sales quotas

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solution development and outsourced document imaging
• Experience with indexing technologies and content services
• Familiarity with cloud SaaS in content services and information management
• Background in consultative solution approaches and pre-sales processes
• Understanding of enterprise data protection and archiving techniques
