Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and adviser for clients during onboarding
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including documentation, configuration, testing, training, and launch
• Monitor product usage post-launch and ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships at strategic and tactical levels
• Demonstrated project management experience with complex onboarding or implementation projects
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and data workflows
• Knowledge of retail and eCommerce business needs and best practices
• Technical aptitude to support client onboarding and troubleshoot issues
