Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and adviser for clients during onboarding
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including documentation, configuration, testing, training, and launch
- Monitor product usage post-launch and ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage client relationships at strategic and tactical levels
- Demonstrated project management experience with complex onboarding or implementation projects
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and data workflows
- Knowledge of retail and eCommerce business needs and best practices
- Technical aptitude to support client onboarding and troubleshoot issues
