A company is looking for a Manager of Survey & Assessment (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, govern, and execute the enterprise listening survey program
- Own the strategy for selection and development assessments, ensuring compliance and alignment with competency models
- Lead a small team and build partnerships to integrate survey and assessment insights into decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in I-O Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in survey design, employee listening, and assessment strategy
- Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM) are a plus
- Advanced statistical/programming skills in R and SQL
- Deep expertise in survey methodology and psychometric validation
