- Research, process, or escalate assignment change requests received by phone or forms
- Document calls in detail to ensure accurate information capture
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and OneNote
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in provider, member services, insurance, or claims
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
