About the position

As Manager, Media – Email Campaigns, you will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving and innovating promotional email and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on executing campaigns that enhance consumer engagement, increase sales, and align with a multi-channel marketing vision.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of the promotional, batch, and ad hoc email marketing program to achieve integrated multi-channel objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of campaign deployment, from development to QA, ensuring campaigns are high-quality, accurate, and meet executional standards.
,
• Continuously innovate to drive channel growth, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and catering to various customer segments.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed to market, minimize manual effort, and enhance execution excellence.
,
• Define KPIs, leverage data insights, and collaborate with testing & targeting teams to refine segmentation, improve targeting, and optimize performance.

• Manage the channel budget and guide the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

• Proactively partner with and influence internal teams and external vendors to drive alignment, gather insights, and ensure optimal campaign execution and innovation.

• Mentor and train team members on processes, technologies, and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5-7+ years in marketing, focusing on email management, CRM strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
,
• Deep knowledge of email best practices, channel metrics, and emerging CRM technologies and trends.
,
• Proficiency with enterprise email service providers (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) and advanced CRM strategies.
,
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
,
• Previous people management experience.

Nice-to-haves
• Master’s in Marketing, Business Technology, or related field.

• Experience in an agency or branded environment, recognized expertise in email/CRM marketing.
