Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports while ensuring high performance and professional growth
• Revamp issue management processes and oversee the identification, tracking, and resolution of issues within PBM operations
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop preventative action plans to mitigate future issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 5+ years of experience in issue management, root cause analysis, and preventative action planning within the PBM or healthcare industry
• Proven experience in leadership and team management
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing workflows, systems, and procedures
• Experience with root cause analysis tools and methodologies
