Marketing Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Marketing Compliance and Complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance reviews and monitor marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Maintain the marketing compliance guide and respond to complaints regarding compliance issues
• Stay updated on federal and state regulations, interpreting laws and making procedural recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial compliance or audit
• Marketing experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably with OCC regulated institutions
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, especially UDAAP, RESPA, and Fair Lending laws
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CRCM certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
