Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored marketing materials and manage multi-channel campaigns

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Fluency or working proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or commitment to acquiring ASL fluency
- Understanding of accessibility best practices and cultural competency related to Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities
