Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L and grow revenue across the NAMER Paid Search practice
- Promote the company through partnerships, events, marketing/PR, and case studies
- Collaborate to set an industry-leading Paid Search strategy and focus on new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Paid Search experience, including team leadership and thought leadership
- Proven experience in managing a successful practice P&L and profitable business unit
- Strong presentation and pitching capabilities for $1m+ clients
- Experience in hiring and managing teams
- Comfortable in high-stakes environments, including QBRs and public speaking
