Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine high-performing paid search campaigns while sharing best practices across teams
- Design testing frameworks and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency across categories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in direct-response paid search marketing, preferably in competitive consumer-oriented sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM
- Experience managing multi-million dollar monthly budgets
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with bid management platforms such as Marin, SA360, or Skai
