Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events including venue sourcing, registration, and promotional items
- Draft and manage attendee communications and coordinate event promotions across various channels
- Collect and organize event performance data and support post-event analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality Management
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing or event coordination role
- Some experience with B2B events, webinars, or tradeshows, preferably in tech or public sector markets
- Experience managing budgets and vendors
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems and event management tools
