- Proven success in a Marketing Operations role managing complex systems and lead processes
- Deep technical expertise with HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience managing and improving large marketing databases
- Ability to evaluate and implement new marketing tools, particularly AI-powered solutions
- Track record of leading cross-functional improvements and delivering effective system solutions
