Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day creative production operations and manage project workflows
- Act as a connector between stakeholders, creatives, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate team check-ins and maintain a centralized production calendar aligned with marketing priorities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management or traffic coordination experience in a marketing or creative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- Strong understanding of creative processes and production across various media
- Proven experience with project management systems, particularly Asana
- Ability to manage fast-paced workflows and coordinate with internal and external resources
