Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its lifecycle marketing program.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle strategy for users from signup through onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define shared lifecycle goals and reduce onboarding friction
- Develop KPI frameworks and lead A/B testing to optimize lifecycle programs and improve user engagement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Lifecycle, Product, or Growth Marketing, with at least 2+ years in a PLG or hybrid environment
- Experience designing email-driven lifecycle programs integrated with product behavior and CRM logic
- High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and product analytics tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and define KPIs
