A company is looking for a Marketing Solutions Analyst to join their Business Marketing Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trend analysis of campaign and platform issues and analyze daily campaign health data
- Support triaging and resolving open issues related to MarTech platforms, escalating as necessary
- Utilize monitoring tools to identify potential issues and provide regular reports on metrics and feedback
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a MarTech operations role
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic spreadsheet analysis
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
