Massachusetts C&I Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Program Manager to lead large-scale energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage C&I program design, including work plans and performance strategies
• Monitor program progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency or clean energy, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated success in managing large-budget programs, including strategic planning and budget oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and budget management tools
• Commitment to sustainability and creating meaningful environmental impact
