Job Summary

A company is looking for an EP Lab Nursing Director (per diem).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and supervise staff based on mutually agreed-upon goals
• Implement strategies to enhance staff retention and reduce turnover
• Prepare departmental budget and manage operations within budgetary guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a Master's Degree in a related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) state license required
• 3-5 years of nursing management experience required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
