Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough searches and examine public records to assess property title status
• Review documents affecting property titles and make insurability decisions
• Assemble Title Commitments for issuing Final Title Policies and collaborate with various teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the title insurance business
• Missouri Title Insurance License required
• Strong understanding of title examination processes and documentation
• Proficient in region-specific title plant software and research skills
