Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for Mechanical Engineers to support nuclear/DOE clients in a fully remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical assembly and support integration of BOP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support remote operations and system-level integration
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with applicable DOE/nuclear standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with nuclear/DOE projects (required)
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Balance of Plant (BOP) Integrated Systems
• Prior experience in a utility or energy-related environment (preferred)
• Must be available for remote meetings within EST-friendly hours (2-3 hours)
