Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to address customer challenges in mechanical design and engineering
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight how the company's solutions resolve customer pain points
- Provide coaching to team members and support customer onboarding to ensure long-term success
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical engineering background with real-world experience in product development and engineering processes
- Broad industry exposure in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices
- Expertise in CAD/PLM tools and ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Prior experience as a solutions engineer is a plus
