Iowa Licensed Transportation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Iowa Transportation Lead to work remotely and influence the development of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth strategy for Iowa transportation services in collaboration with regional leadership
• Cultivate and expand relationships with Iowa transportation agencies and local municipalities
• Lead pursuits for major transportation projects, overseeing proposal development and project delivery strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa required
• 20+ years of highway and/or roadway design experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience with Iowa DOT and/or other local clients is essential
• Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills
