Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
- Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records
- Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be computer literate; skills testing required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus
