Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with understanding the Medicare market and provide tailored solutions while adhering to CMS guidelines
• Identify and follow up with prospects in the Medicare market, ensuring compliance with PHI and security metrics
• Manage sales acquisition and retention, utilizing consultative sales techniques and maintaining member accounts in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and documentation
