Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Adoption and Change Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement change management processes and tools for Microsoft 365 adoption
• Design and deliver training and communication plans for Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Consult with project teams and support senior leaders in change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training or organizational change management or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 as a Power User
• Experience in developing Microsoft 365 training and adoption strategies
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Prosci Change Management Certification and Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification preferred
