A company is looking for a Microsoft Adoption and Change Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement change management processes and tools for Microsoft 365 adoption
- Design and deliver training and communication plans for Microsoft 365 capabilities
- Consult with project teams and support senior leaders in change management efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in training or organizational change management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 as a Power User
- Experience in developing Microsoft 365 training and adoption strategies
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Prosci Change Management Certification and Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification preferred
