Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Funding Team for operational excellence
• Oversee daily funding operations and ensure timely loan fundings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including 2 years in a funding management role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and compliance regulations
• Experience with Encompass (LOS) and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing timelines
